The Elenite holiday village is the result of a co-operative project between the governments of Finland and Bulgaria. It was build by 5 Finnish construction companies between 1983-85
LOCATION / SURROUNDING AREA
Located in a beautiful cove on the Bulgarian Riviera.
At the foot of the Balkan Range, right next to the shore, 10 km from Sunny Beach resort and old Nessebar town with regular transport connections and about 40 km from Bourgas Airport.
A holiday village in a sheltered quiet bay, with a large beach and green meadows perfect for modern eco-style holidays, with plenty of sports and entertainment.
Picturesque hotel buildings , two-storey bungalows with elements of Nessebar architecture, sports facilities and a children's cartoon club. The principles of Bulgarian National Revival town construction have been applied. Narrow and steep streets.
 GENERAL SERVICES
Large holiday complex comprising the Elenite and Emona bungalows and the Hotel Perla. Ideal for families, guaranteed fun for both children and adults.
Elenite and Emona bungalows has a total of 1026 beds divided into 3 parts - zone A, zone B and zone Emona . All the rooms have Satellite TV and mini bar, including a "Starter pack".
Zone A studios - 220 rooms with basic kitchenette, one extra bed, child-size, available.
Zone B studios - 245 rooms, two child-size extra beds available.
Zone Emona - 48 double rooms, one extra bed available. Distance from beach - around 300 meters.
All commodities within reach - a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafes, games hall, disco, shopping center , saunas, chemist's, shops... even a post office and polyclinic,!.
Enjoy the sun and nature in our spacious, extremely well-kept gardens.
ROOMS
- You will feel at home in our light rooms, equipped with all up –to-date commodities- telephone, radio, Satellite TV, WC and bathroom, balcony or terrace overlooking the sea with a mini bar, including a "Starter pack".
- Choose between the comfortable bungalows and the beautiful hotel.
- The vast majority of rooms have been completely renovated and refurnished.
SWIMMING POOLS / BEACH AREA
- You won't get too hot - two wonderful outdoor seawater swimming-pools await you outdoor sea water swimming pool…There is also a kindergarten with a children's pool- so enjoy your selves !.
- And to dry off and sunbathe: a spacious sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal.
- The beautiful beach is within easy reach - with direct access!.
GASTRONOMY
